Part-time Education Centre Teaching assistant and receiptionist Due to business growth of our Kowloon City Centre, we are seeking a teaching assistant in support our teams. Expected be able to work 12 hours - 30 hours a week. Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the centre Assisting in daily class operation and classroom equipment Perform administrative duties such as preparing teaching materials, filing, photocopying, organizing booking and data input (Chinese character data input) Prepare playgroup teaching material together with playgroup tutors Answer customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner Handle application procedure and school fees Be aware of need to attend to playgroup classes during public holidays in some occasions. Be able to speak, read and write Chinese Requirements : Candidate with kindergarten working experiences are highly preferred At least higher diploma educated Priority will be given to graduated or student with major in early childhood education Patient, cheerful, caring, punctual, willing to listen, punctual and mature Familiar with MS Words and EXCEL Preferable can attend at least 3 days a week Negotiable weekdays minimum 4 hours a day between 3 pm to 7 pm Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
