Role Summary A critical System Analyst role in IT Wealth Management focused on bridging business and technology needs for securities, brokerage, and wealth management operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT department Analyze and implement technology solutions for securities and brokerage business Gather and document business requirements Conduct gap analyses of business processes and technology solutions Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and use cases Collaborate with development teams on technical solution design Participate in project planning and management Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop user guides and documentation Required Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline 5+ years experience in securities, banking, brokerage, wealth management Development skills in Java and Java frameworks Strong understanding of securities trading, financial regulations Proficient in requirements gathering and process mapping Excellent communication and analytical skills Skills & Competencies Trilingual proficiency (English, Cantonese, Putonghua) Independent worker with ability to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving capabilities Team player with technical and business acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr
