Center Operations Manager

Store & Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of at least 5 retail stores, ensuring consistent service standards and smooth business processes across all locations Lead staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance supervision to maintain high customer service quality Monitor sales performance and implement store-level action plans to optimize revenue and productivity Ensure store compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and local regulations Utilize updated POS systems, retail management software, and digital reporting dashboards, ensuring team adoption and efficiency Customer Experience & Growth Develop customer attraction and retention tools (e.g., loyalty programs, CRM follow-ups, promotions, community engagement touchpoints) to enhance brand experience Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine in-store experience and service delivery Support marketing activities and promotional campaign rollouts across the store network Operational Reporting & Administration Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business performance reports Maintain operational records, manage documentation and ensure accurate store financial reconciliation Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Accounting, Supply Chain) for store staffing, payroll support, procurement and inventory management Assist management with ad-hoc operational planning and project execution Requirements Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday. Minimum 5–7 years of retail or operations management experience, preferably overseeing multi-store operations (5+ stores) Strong leadership, team development and people management abilities Proficient with POS systems, CRM tools, inventory software and store performance dashboards Demonstrated capability to improve customer experience and drive store-level sales growth Experience in sales and management within a learning center environment Passion for working with children, with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities Proactive team player with a mature and detail-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and work independently Organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English KPI Staff and operations management Hiring, training, and managing educational staff. Developing staff rosters, managing leave, and ensuring compliance with policies. Overseeing daily center operations, including managing schedules, inventory, and facility maintenance. Ensuring a safe and compliant environment for staff and students. Program and student management Developing, implementing, and monitoring educational programs and curriculum. Overseeing student enrollment, admissions, and retention. Monitoring student progress and addressing any issues. Ensuring the delivery of quality lessons and student support. Business and administrative management Developing and managing the center's budget. Achieving and monitoring sales targets. Managing client relationships and customer service. Preparing reports on center performance and activities. Strategic and compliance management Developing long-term plans to improve the learning environment and operations. Ensuring compliance with all relevant educational standards and regulations. Liaising with external stakeholders, such as host schools and external examiners. Required skills and qualifications Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Experience in education, sales, or customer service is often required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like education or business is typically preferred.
