HR Director | Web3, SaaS, FinTech | HR Strategy, Global Talent Acquisition, Performance Management Senior HRBP Industry: Web3 / FinTech / Technology About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Shenzhen. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen talent capabilities, and ensure high performance across the business. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in recruitment, talent mapping, performance management, and leadership coaching, with a strong track record in Web3 or blockchain-related industries. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing a strong and credible HR voice in decision-making. Partner with business leaders in Tech, Product, and Operations to drive performance, organizational design, and workforce planning. Lead HR initiatives that align people strategy with business growth, ensuring scalability in a fast-paced Web3 environment. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead senior recruitment efforts, with hands‑on involvement in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to anticipate future hiring needs and strengthen succession pipelines. Partner with leadership to attract and retain top talent in highly competitive markets. Performance Management & Development Drive the design and execution of performance management processes, including OKR setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and 360° feedback cycles . Provide guidance and coaching to managers on setting clear goals, delivering feedback, and managing underperformance. Support organizational development initiatives to build high-performing teams, particularly in Tech and Product. Leadership Coaching & Employee Relations Coach and influence senior leaders to strengthen their people management capabilities. Act as a sounding board and trusted partner in handling complex employee relations and organizational challenges. Ensure HR practices foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Employee Engagement & Remote Workforce Support Design and implement employee engagement programs that build connection and motivation across teams. Support and guide managers in leading remote and distributed employees effectively. Conduct exit interviews and analyze engagement data to improve retention strategies. Requirements 5+ years of HR experience , with at least 3 years as an HRBP in Web3, blockchain, or related tech/fintech industries . Hands‑on experience in recruitment, talent mapping, performance management (OKRs, 360° feedback) . Strong leadership presence and ability to coach and challenge senior leaders . Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) , both written and spoken. Proven track record of supporting Tech and Product teams in fast-scaling environments. Experience managing remote and distributed employees strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and high‑growth international environment.
