Responsibilities Manage investment lending products process (including application data capture process) to align with the strategic direction for CBG Hong Kong , and Achieve investment lending portfolio targets, including loan balance , NII & NIM , and Monitor and manage investment lending product end-to-end sales process , and Explore new business opportunities in investment lending product , and Drive the implementation of best practices in terms of process to facilitate long-term growth within profitable levels of investment lending loan portfolio, and Provide process support for the execution of marketing campaigns in order to achieve campaign targets To Explore Competitive Edges for Secured Lending Products End-to-End Process Undertake investigative process analysis to understand how marketing, product, risk and operation work together to achieve process efficiency, and Define, analyse and re-engineer key business processes and procedures for investment lending product in line with frontline feedback, and Improve current processes and tools across business unit and drive continuous improvement discipline through standard work. This includes: The liaison with various departments to ensure that processes are integrated across the business and adopted correctly. Prepare and train functional work groups to ensure that they are competent with the business process flows. Build the culture and capability to support continuous process improvement within the business. Ensure the quality and efficiency of the investment lending loan process to improve customer experience, and Plan and deliver process training to various sales channels. To Provide Analytics and MIS Report for Secured Lending Products Keep track of the investment lending loan business performance and provide analytics by MIS report with timeliness of reporting. To Ensure a Strong Compliance and Control Mind-set Compile and/or review product process/operation manuals for investment lending product to ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Accountabilities The job holder reports solid line to SVP, Treasure Investment Product & Advisory and is accountable for investment lending product portfolio balance, NIM and NII by (1) provide sales support for the investment lending end-to-end process and (2) monitor and manage the investment lending portfolio process to facilitate management decision in investment lending portfolio performance. Qualifications A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent. At least 10 years experience in investment lending products process analysis/development. Candidate with less experience will be considered as AVP. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask, manage details and execute effective follow through. Investment Lending Products industry knowledge is preferred. Experience with MS office software applications, database query tools and good analytical skills required.
