Senior Marketing Officer - Residential First-hand Sales K. Wah International Holdings Limited ("KWIH"), listed in Hong Kong in 1987, is an integrated property developer and investor with a foothold in Hong Kong, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions. KWIH encompasses a portfolio of premium residential developments, Grade‑A office towers, retail complexes, hotel and serviced apartments. We are looking for high‑calibre young talent with great potential and ambition to take on this role with great challenges, yet also once in a lifetime exposure. Responsibilities Formulate and implement marketing strategy for residential property projects Monitor and assist with project launch preparation, including preparation and production of marketing collateral, PR & media campaigns, sales office and show flat, building models, sales brochure, etc. Liaise and negotiate with vendors, partners, agencies, and contractors Carry out occasional on‑site work and event management for sales launch activities as required Conduct property market research and competitive research for new development projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or other relevant disciplines obtained in a reputable institution Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in property field Knowledge of Residential Properties (First‑hand Sales) Ordinance is a plus Strong analytical skills and sensitive to the latest market trends and data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Chinese Immediately Available is highly preferred Interested parties, please send your full CV with expected salary by clicking “QUICK APPLY” below.
