UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities: Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for a range of digital products and services. Envision multiple iterative digital experience concepts and present them effectively to clients. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Define, maintain, and evolve design systems to guide the evolution of digital products across their entire lifecycle. Develop and maintain design systems like Figma and UI guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Translate complex financial concepts into simple and easy-to-understand user interfaces. Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies, particularly within the fintech and financial services industries. Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimization. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and a track record of creating successful user‑centric designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies. Experience with responsive and mobile‑first design. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Knowledge of the financial services industry in Hong Kong and consumer behavior is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
