Coordinate with frontline to enhance respective sales performance. Coordinate and manage all aspects of tour operations for Asia and China, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodations, activities, and logistics. Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and local guides, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Research and select new suppliers based on quality, reliability, and customer feedback. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Create detailed and accurate tour itineraries, including day-to-day schedules, activity descriptions, and travel information. Collaborate with the sales team to customize itineraries and provide expertise on destinations, attractions, and cultural considerations. Assist with resolving customer issues or emergencies during their travel, providing prompt and effective solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and regulatory requirements in Asia and China to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Requirements Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in tour operations, preferably with a specialization in Asia and China. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including suppliers, logistics, and customer service best practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members. Proficiency in using computer systems and travel-related software. Knowledge of Amadeus will be an advantage. Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances, attractions, and logistics of Asia and China. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
