Review current mobile features and backend workflows to uncover gaps and define improvement opportunities. Oversee the lifecycle of technology initiatives - from scoping and planning to delivery and follow‑through. Convert business goals into workable technical directions while ensuring solutions remain aligned with user expectations. Serve as a main contact for operational users, offering guidance and ensuring systems run reliably daily. Keep process notes and system references up to date to support internal knowledge flow. Support the evolution of the company's retail tech landscape, including systems used across stores and customer‑facing touchpoints. Skills & experiences required. Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, E‑commerce or similar fields. At least 3 years of experience working on system, mobile or application projects within fast‑paced environments; retail or store‑related exposure is beneficial. Comfortable working with modern mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter / React Native) and familiar with common backend languages, databases and cloud environments. Strong ability in handling data queries and cross‑system connectivity; experience in working with external technology partners is preferred. Understanding of retail‑oriented systems such as store operation tools, customer platforms, or ordering / kiosk solutions. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, plus the ability to break down complex issues logically. Organized, self‑driven and able to juggle multiple tasks; background in F&B, digital agencies or tech solution providers is an advantage.
