Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager to lead our retail expansion in Hong Kong and Macau. You will be responsible for securing prime new store locations and managing the entire lifecycle of our retail portfolio. Key Responsibilities Drive retail expansion by scouting, evaluating, and securing new store locations in Hong Kong and Macau to meet strategic goals. Lead all leasing negotiations with landlords and agents, from initial terms through final agreement execution for new stores, renewals, and closures. Oversee the end‑to‑end store opening process, collaborating with project and design teams on renovation, planning, and design coordination. Manage the existing property portfolio, ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and compliance with building regulations are handled efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, agents, contractors, and local authorities. Conduct thorough market research to inform strategy and stay ahead of market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities. Present clear and concise updates on expansion progress, financial performance, and portfolio status to senior management. Ensure all property activities adhere to local regulations and compliance standards in both Hong Kong and Macau. Handle ad‑hoc projects and assignments as required to support the company's operational needs. What We Look For Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of retail leasing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in Hong Kong's retail property market, with strong negotiation skills and knowledge of lease agreements and regulations.
