AVP, Project Management, Business Operations Key Accountabilities Manage and support Strategic System Solution project works (e.g. Digital Middle office, Back office system Automation project and new system solution implementation for strategic new business initiatives etc.) including F2B operating model, workflow, user requirements, UAT, for the implementation; Support an analysis to identify alternative system solution for GMI replacement on listed derivatives products and implementation; Support system projects for other overseas Business Operations in UK and Singapore; Support Margin & Collateral Management system solution for non-centrally clearing OTC derivatives to cope with BOCIL FP and BOCI C&F entities; Manage and ensure proper control and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements on the Projects. Skills & Experience Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience; Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Cross products knowledge and experiences in Operations functions; Solid experience in leading & managing the Project; Good spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin;Strong control senses and good understanding on regulatory requirements; Ability to take ownership & responsibilities; A good leadership skill and mature.
