Manager – Strategic Sourcing Lead the Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) function for a client account in Hong Kong and Macau, supporting and executing strategic outsourcing, cost savings, and vendor management programs to meet JLL’s S&P commitments. Report directly to the Regional Director of Procurement (Client), with a matrix reporting line to the Account Director (Client). Responsibilities Lead the S&P function for a client account in Hong Kong and Macau. Support and execute strategic outsourcing, cost savings and vendor management programs. Provide procurement governance and vendor management, delivering contract and procurement strategies for long‑term client benefits. Engage with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs. Oversee and manage multiple RFP and contract negotiations, ensuring timely delivery. Manage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL. Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang LaSalle ERP Procurement Module, including system training, vendor performance management and regular reporting. Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and S&P vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners. Support the negotiation of major programs, projects and vendor activities. Implement and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, costing parameters and tools/templates. Set savings targets and goals for IFM, S&P programs, and develop metrics for tracking performance. Implement and maintain procurement rules and standards set by JLL and the client. Required Skills and Experience Business or Commerce Degree with at least 8 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiation. Relevant work experience in IFM, with knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management (highly regarded). Management experience in integrated outsourcing, supply chain management and procurement. Practical knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations and engineering, and risk management. Experience managing outsourcing relationships and achieving results through vendor management. Execution of vendor contracts, with strong contract management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Critical Competencies for Success Financial modelling, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysis. Ability to analyse complex problems and generate solutions. Exceptional relationship management and conflict management capabilities. Strong influencing skills and leading by example. Experience managing multi‑country procurement teams. Other Personal Characteristics Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Capable of managing projects in an atmosphere of uncertainty and change.
