HRBP | Talent Engagement and Communications | Talent Acquisition | Talent Services | Human Resources About Role Collaborate with the Director – ESG to translate strategic ESG priorities into actionable plans across departments, ensuring alignment with industry developments and stakeholder expectations. Lead the coordination and tracking of ESG goals and KPIs across business units, ensuring timely reporting, performance visibility, and continuous improvement. Work with goal owners to assess ESG performance, identify gaps, and propose practical improvement initiatives based on international best practices. Create clear, compelling materials that communicate ESG progress, emerging trends, and key insights to internal stakeholders, particularly senior leadership and the Board, to support informed decision‑making and strategic alignment. Drive the compilation of HKBN’s ESG report in accordance with recognized reporting frameworks, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the execution of environmental programmes and initiatives that contribute to HKBN’s sustainability and financial performance targets. Design and deliver internal ESG education programmes to build awareness and capability. About You Bachelor Degree required. Minimum 8 years of solid experience in ESG and environmental strategy development and program implementation, preferably with in‑house corporate experience. Familiar with key global ESG trends, principles, and standards. Innovative and persuasive in driving ESG initiatives, with proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Comfortable engaging with all levels of staff from senior executives to front‑line teams and skilled in articulating ESG value in a business context. Well‑versed in computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing. Experience with social media management and data analytical tools is preferred. Highly independent, resilient, and adaptable to change. Demonstrates initiative and a proactive mindset in tackling challenges. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
