Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) LKS Faculty of Medicine (several posts) (Ref.: ) - to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed‑term basis with contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary), with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance. Responsibilities The appointee will play a versatile role at the frontline in handling the operation of a range of tasks, including management of undergraduate programmes, assessment, curriculum revisions, quality assurance and regulatory compliance, as well as provision of student‑centred services in teaching and learning. Qualifications Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work experience in the higher education sector or a related field. They should be competent communicators with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to motivate their team members to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. An excellent command of English and Chinese; a high level of interpersonal, organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT knowledge are essential. Experience in undergraduate programme management would be an advantage. Compensation and Benefits A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
