About the role Reporting directly to the Head of ICT, the ICT Support Specialist 1 works closely with the Head of ICT to implement and support the ICT Plan and Action Plan across the administrative and teaching positions at School. Working under the guidance and supervision of the ICT Support Specialist 2 with direction from the Head of ICT, the ICT Support Specialist will focus on Level 1 Helpdesk Support duties. To view the full Job Description, please Click Here . What you will be doing Assists with the implementation and maintenance of the school's Apple and Windows platforms. Based on performance standards, responds to and resolves any hardware problem (eg. printers, computers, laptops, iPads, projectors, phones, etc.). Based on performance standards, responds to and resolves software problems (MS Office, Apple OS and iOS, MS Windows, etc.).
