Marketing Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong planning capabilities and efficient execution skills to join our Private Wealth Management team in Hong Kong. If you possess in‑depth knowledge of financial markets and solid experience in local Hong Kong event management, we look forward to your application. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end event management: plan, organize, and execute local marketing events in Hong Kong, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to budget. Marketing material creation & production: design and produce online and offline promotional materials (using tools such as Photoshop and AI), ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost‑efficiency. Resource & budget management: manage event budgeting, material procurement, supplier coordination, expense tracking, and post‑event financial reimbursement processes. Social media & content operations: maintain and manage company social media accounts (e.g., WeChat Official Account, Mobile Application), including content planning, design, and publishing. Brand & marketing support: develop professional marketing content aligned with financial market trends to enhance brand influence among target audiences. Qualifications Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end planning and execution of marketing events in Hong Kong, with the ability to independently manage projects. Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator, with photography and photo‑retouching experience, capable of efficiently completing visual design tasks. Strong budgeting and resource management skills, with familiarity in procurement and financial reimbursement processes. Knowledgeable about Hong Kong and Mainland China financial markets, particularly in securities, funds, and related sectors. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external teams, suppliers, and partners. Outstanding language proficiency, fluent Mandarin; proficiency in English and Cantonese is a plus. Keen insight into social media operations, with experience in financial content planning and visual presentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience or knowledge in both Hong Kong and Mainland China financial markets. Experience in financial content creation or financial brand promotion.
