Sales Engineer

THE COMPANY :

• European multinational company
• Brand owner, manufacturer & marketer: industrial & construction machinery & equipment focus in compressor equipment
• Main products: portable air compressor, generator, lighting tower, water pump, handheld tools, etc.
• Hong Kong: sales & service office with 200 staff
• Target market: building, construction & industrial sectors in Hong Kong
• We are looking for SALES ENGINEER – with details as follows:

THE JOB :

• Report to Sales Manager
• Implementation of divisional sales strategies
• Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target
• Approach new customers in the assigned industries
• Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager
• Organize technical training for customers
• Develop and enhance good working relationships with customers in the territory to advance selling efforts
• Coordinate with marketing, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams
• Interact with the aftermarket team to provide good after-sales service to customers
• Maintain relationship with the logistics team to ensure orderly machine delivery
• Communicate with the marketing team to obtain marketing support

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in machinery sales, dealer management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic
• Good English communication skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• 5 days work: Mon to Fri 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
