Air Import

The role We are looking for an experienced Air Import / (Export) Operator to join our dynamic team at ETA Logistics HK Limited. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing import and export shipments by air, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods for our clients. Key responsibilities Process and track air import (export) shipments, including preparing all necessary documentation and liaising with airlines, customs, and other stakeholders. Provide superior customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records and data on all air shipments, and prepare supplier pricing. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in air import/export operations or a similar logistics role. Strong knowledge of air freight processes, customs clearance, and related documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders. Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to stay up-to-date with industry changes. Working days and hours Working days will be TUESDAY TO SATURDAY, 09:00 > 17:30 hours. Saturday optional Work from home. What we offer Comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage.
