Position Summary: As a Director of Product – AI Solutions for Financial Services in a cutting-edge AI company, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative B2B technology products designed to transform the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Define and Drive Product Vision and Strategy : Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B AI‑driven technology solutions, implementing industrial best practices and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while driving innovation and growth. Deliver Financial Services‑Specific Solutions : Leverage deep expertise in banking operations, compliance, and fintech trends to design products that address the unique challenges of the financial services sector, including scalability, security, and regulatory requirements. Identify and Prioritize Market Opportunities : Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to uncover unmet needs and pain points. Use these insights to shape product direction and develop forward‑thinking, data‑driven strategies. Collaborate for Seamless Product Development : Work closely with engineering, design, and cross‑functional teams to create cohesive product development plans and ensure the on‑time delivery of high‑quality solutions. Use analytics tools to track progress and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. Lead Successful Product Launches : Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well‑informed. Communicate updates, progress, and value propositions effectively to internal and external audiences. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends : Monitor advancements in AI, machine learning, fintech, and B2B SaaS to identify opportunities for innovation, maintain a competitive edge, and future‑proof product offerings. Requirements: An MBA or related graduate/postgraduate degree is preferred. 8+ years of experience in B2B product management, with a strong focus on banking technology, financial services, or related industries. A proven track record of building and delivering technology products that align with industry best practices and standards. Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems, including APIs, big data, infrastructure, and developer operations. Understanding of software architecture and component‑level design, including technical requirements, software design, and technical solution development. Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools to drive informed, data‑driven product decisions. Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance immediate deliverables with long‑term innovation goals. Proven ability to gather customer feedback, conduct user research, and advocate for the customer perspective throughout the product lifecycle. Demonstrated success in presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and insights to executive leadership, clients, and cross‑functional teams. Strong familiarity with fintech trends, industry regulations, and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning. Ability to translate complex business models into effective technological solutions that drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients. Preferred Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Marketing, Management, or Technology is highly advantageous. Certifications such as Agile Certified Product Manager or Product Owner are a plus. Experience with emerging AI technologies and their application in financial services is highly desirable.
