This role is responsible for providing reliable application support across customer service, finance, and sales operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business processes. The candidate will design and integrate various APIs to connect internal systems and external services, with a strong focus on loyalty programs, POS, and after‑sales solutions. A forward‑thinking mindset is essential, as the role involves exploring and adopting emerging technologies—such as AI—to improve system capabilities and drive innovation. Typical Day Provide daily support to ensure smooth store and business operations Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based applications for retail operations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Implement and integrate Spring framework components and Hibernate ORM Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner Work on system integrations related to Loyalty programs, Point‑of‑Sale (POS), and After‑Sales services Success Will Depend On The ability to deliver stable and scalable Java applications that support daily retail operations Strong proficiency in Java 8 or Java 11; Solid experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Oauth and version control tools Proactive support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth business continuity Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams Strong communication skills, especially in English, to coordinate across regional and technical teams A keen understanding of retail workflows and customer experience needs Commitment to code quality, version control discipline, and secure development practices Adaptability to agile development methodologies and the ability to support rapid deployment cycles What is holding you back?
