Position Purchasing Officer Overview We are seeking a high‑calibre candidate to fill the following position as Purchasing Officer . The job is to be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of product and materials to meet market demand. Responsibilities Engage in purchasing activities: issue PO and follow shipping of PO to sustain the company's daily operation. Follow up the material delivery schedule from the vendors and monitor its performance. Source product or parts globally according to required specifications by working closely with the Product & Support team. Generate purchase requisitions within the procurement system by working closely with the Admin Officer & Accountant. Travel to meet international suppliers as required. Perform interdisciplinary ad‑hoc projects assigned by the director. Benefit from cultural exposure to partners in Germany, Korea, the United States and other countries. On‑the‑job training by Purchasing Manager, external CPA & internal accountant. Opportunity to become team leader. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of working experience in shipping or procurement. Fresh graduates and candidates with lower qualifications will be considered. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Immediate availability is preferred.
