Responsibilities
  • Drive the system design, technical analysis, and project management.
  • Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration.
  • Work with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties.
  • Proactively support the business objectives of the company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary.
  • Analyze operational metrics, interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct UAT and user training before system go-live.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8 years or above experience in design, development, testing, and system release in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Dynamics CE platform and have implemented at least 2 first-party apps; Sales and Marketing experience will be an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure system design, development, and API integration is a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge in C#, RPA, Open AI, and the ability to conduct modeling in MS Power BI will be an advantage.
