Senior Leasing Manager - Group Portfolio About this Employer: Prestigious Listed Real Estate Group based in Hong Kong with a brand that is reputable for developing a variety of premium commercial complexes in Hong Kong. Upon recent business expansion, the Group is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to be responsible for the leasing management of the Group retail portfolio in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing inquiry, leasing negotiation, and documentation of the leasing proposal. Build and maintain healthy relationships with tenants, customers, and property agencies. Coordinate with internal and external parties for portfolio planning, new built development, and asset enhancement projects. Prepare reports, offer letters, tenancy agreements and leasing performance and business plans when necessary. Undertake market research on the rental trend and occupancy rate. Perform rental forecast, budgeting, and expenses from agency, fitting-out and marketing activities. Requirements Degree holder in Real Estate/Surveying/Business Administration or related disciplines. At least 15 years of solid experience in leasing management of commercial portfolio and neighbourhood malls in Hong Kong. Proven track record in identifying new retail tenants and retaining high-quality tenants. Energetic, proactive, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability. Excellent in negotiation and interpersonal communication skill. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidate with less experience can be considered as Leasing Manager.
