Officer, Operations & Systems Management – Personal Banking Assist in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of branch management system and procedure and provide support to branches in all operational issues Assist in coordinating and liaising with relevant departments and vendors for development and enhancement in system and platform to support branch management control Conduct use acceptance testing for projects involving system enhancements as directed by managers Provide system related support to branch staff after implementation of system projects/enhancements Compile control and operation reports Support branch daily operation process and user account maintenance Support managers to develop/update procedures to be in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines and regulatory requirements Requirements Post‑secondary or above; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following: Sound knowledge in branch operations, products and services; Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and compliance requirements; A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office applications; Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
