This is a fixed‑term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance. Responsibilities Supervise a team of project managers for the execution of 2RS to 3RS system extension and enhancement projects Define and establish policies, procedures and support standards, provide expert advice to users as well as technical support leads for systems extension to 3RS Define and establish the enhancement standard, tools, design guidelines and policies Lead the design, development and implementation of Airport Services related IT systems in 3RS for airport check‑in, single token journey, baggage handling, terminal services and airfield services, etc. Influence and liaise with internal users, external partners and government parties on technical solutions to increase and improve the efficiency of airport and passenger services including 3RS operations Authorize the system design and interfaces as well as resolve any conflict raised among different stakeholders Formulate the support & maintenance and production rollout requirements for those Airport Service related IT systems newly introduced in 3RS Collaborate with Third Runway Division for the operation readiness and plan for system transition and contingency of new IT systems Assess legal and other departments to define and review legal agreements between organization and its system partners Supervise different contractors on system design, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests and user acceptance tests Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience, in which at least 5 years of experience in project management and stakeholder engagement Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and / or ITIL certificate is preferred Expertise in system development life cycles and engineering methodologies. Knowledge in aviation and / or airport industry, civil aviation and Government system interfaces protocols are preferred Proven application development and support experience in large scale, mission critical systems Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization Excellent analytical and problem solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
