About the company A globally recognized creative agency is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive new business and forge strategic brand partnerships. About the team Reporting to the team lead, you will be an essential member of a core commercial unit that functions as the central link between external clients and internal resources. About the job Proactively identify and secure new revenue opportunities with global brands and agencies Own the sales cycle end-to-end, selling 360‑degree creative marketing solutions including branded content, influencer campaigns, events, and digital strategy. Cultivate and expand relationships with senior‑level clients, acting as a trusted consultant on cultural relevance and consumer engagement strategies. Accountable for consistently exceeding assigned annual sales and revenue targets. Serve as the crucial bridge between the client and internal Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure high‑impact campaign delivery. Skills & experiences required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or brand partnership, preferably in an agency setting. Great communication in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
