About The Team The compliance team ensures that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards. The team develops compliance service solutions, integrates with KYC & AML suppliers, and drives business growth, enhancing user trust. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence that seamlessly integrates innovation and responsible business practices. Responsibilities Develop, select, and formulate technical solutions for platform projects from a global business perspective. Build business infrastructure and provide universal solutions (e.g., universal questionnaires). Deeply understand requirements, think critically, and provide constructive suggestions. Organize and coordinate resources, lead project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Promote cross-team communication and enhance collaboration through code quality control. Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talent. Requirements Clear logic, quick thinking, good communication skills, strong design ability, and ability to abstract complex problems into simple models. Experience in business infrastructure construction preferred. Solid foundation in Java with more than 5 years of development experience. Deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization, I/O, multithreading, concurrent frameworks, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Good programming standards and rich work experience. Familiar with mainstream open source application frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, SpringCloud. Familiar with databases such as MySQL and Oracle, with deep understanding of locks, indexes, DB and SQL optimization, and design methods such as database sharding and leader/follower synchronization. Familiar with commonly used middleware such as MQ, RPC, cache, message queue. Deep understanding of design principles of caching systems such as Memcached, Redis, and ability to choose appropriate solutions.
