Manager, On-Chain & Stablecoins Operations Responsibilities Define Product Processes : Establish and refine processes for Customer Due Diligence (KYC), Know Your Transaction (KYT), and Customer Service specifically for digital transactions, leveraging extensive experience in account lifecycle management. Due Diligence : Oversee the execution of KYC and Corporate Due Diligence (CDD) for stablecoin clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, in line with previous roles in AML and compliance. Investigate Stablecoin Activity : Manage investigation cases, focusing on transaction patterns and anomalies, utilizing chain analysis techniques for deeper insights into transaction flows. Develop Onboarding Procedures : Create comprehensive onboarding procedures that include stablecoin identity verification and wallet management, utilizing experience in drafting and updating client onboarding policies. Conduct UAT : Draft test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customer onboarding processes, ensuring compatibility with stablecoin protocols, as demonstrated in past operational roles. Prepare FAQs : Draft FAQs and standard scripts for the customer service team to address inquiries related to stablecoin operations and transactions, enhancing client communication. Transaction Reconciliation : Ensure accurate and efficient reconciliation of stablecoin transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices. Chain Analysis : Utilize chain analysis techniques to monitor and evaluate transaction flows, assess risk, and identify any suspicious activities, supporting compliance and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in operations management or similar roles within fintech, transactional banking, or corporate banking, with a strong background in KYC, CDD, AML, KYT, and chain analysis. Proven ability to formulate and implement operational strategies, demonstrated through leadership in previous positions. Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation and best practices, with hands‑on expertise in payment processing and fraud prevention. Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of stablecoin mechanics and alternative payment solutions is a plus. Excellent command of oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
