NGO - Executive Director (Child and family services) Add expected salary to your profile for insights At ConnectedGroup, we are supporting a well-established non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and families in the search for their Executive Director. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced professional with a passion for social impact - particularly supporting children, proven ability to lead large teams, and expertise in branding, marketing, communications and driving organisational transformation. Responsibilities Work closely with the Board of Directors to shape and deliver long-term strategies that strengthen the organisation's mission and impact, guiding the evolution of services and operating models to meet societal needs. Oversee financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage technology to modernise systems. Lead branding, communications, marketing and fundraising initiatives and build a sustainable organizational image, and donor relationships. Drive, instil and inspire a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across the workforce, mentoring senior leaders and ensuring strong governance and compliance. Represent the organisation externally, cultivating strong partnerships with government, corporate, donor, and community stakeholders while enhancing public reputation. Requirements Bachelor's degree, or above. 15+ years of experience - commercial sector experience preferred; non-profit exposure is not a must, but highly advantageous. Proven ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively at board level. Strong communicator, with experience in marketing and branding, as well as culture enhancement and transformation. Strong financial management skills and strategic acumen. Significant executive leadership experience in large-scale organisations, leading sizeable teams. Track record of leading collaborative transformation across the organization, including automation, process reengineering, etc. Strong communication in English and Chinese is a must.
