The Langham, Hong Kong Located at the most fashionable address of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, you will be part of a dynamic team to drive for maximizing the long‑term growth of the Hotel by increasing hotel's revenue and delivering high standards in guest experience in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group. Responsibilities Assist the Chief Concierge in carrying out rules, policies and procedures set. Supervise Concierge Colleagues’ attendance according to the duty roster and supervise their performance while on duty. Acts as a key in the vertical communication channel between the Chief Concierge and the teams. All the necessary information are up‑to‑date and precise when answering to guests queries. Ensure that all new join concierges are adequately instructed in service rules, policies and procedures; ensuring that service procedures are adhered to and carried out in detail and are corrected through constant on‑the‑job training. Conduct training in order to up‑keep professional standard of service. Supervise the service of receiving, stringing, shipping and packaging parcels and baggage for the guests; & Stay abreast of all functions and events which take place both inside and outside of the Hotel. Qualifications Holder of Higher Diploma in hospitality‑related discipline; University graduate is preferred. 5 years or above experience in Concierge of luxury hotel; Minimum of 3-year supervisory experience is required. Possess an extensive personal network among the industry. Profound skills of delegation, leadership, team management, training and hotel guest service.
