Analyze the rules and regulatory requirements needed to be set up in the system. Investigate alerts, warnings, and potential breaches escalated by operational teams. Conduct cash flow monitoring and verification of non‑custodizable assets of funds. Provide framework and execute governance of offshore operations. Act independently on monitoring and reporting breaches of restrictions to clients. Ensure client SLA are met and agreed procedures followed. Engage in relationship‑driven conversations with clients. Support RFPs, representing the trustee in RFP and client due diligence meetings. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications Licensed Representative for SFC Regulated Activity Type 13 (RA13 license) or capability to obtain required licensing, examinations, and professional qualifications. Appropriate trustee or fund experience with solid managerial level experience. Solid understanding of financial instruments, stock markets, and derivatives. Good appreciation of the Hong Kong funds regulatory environment and detailed knowledge of regulatory developments. Technical knowledge to deal with legal, accounting, and technical issues related to oversight of fund operations. Strong communication and presentation skills. High degree of computer literacy with numeric and analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Experience and confidence in dealing with clients at a senior level. Demonstrated management and coaching skills. Strong team working ability and encouragement of ideas from team members. The employment is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
