Job Summary As a Training Manager, you will provide training and assistance to new employees while driving sales. Create and implement training programs based on business needs and employee skill gaps. Design and develop high-quality training materials and courses, including videos, manuals, and hands‑on exercises. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and adjust content and methods as needed. Strengthen employees' sales techniques and customer service skills to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. Stay updated on beauty trends, our brands product knowledge, and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Assist in daily operation duties. Participate in training and development programs. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or beauty industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty and skincare products. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Cantonese and English speaker preferred.
