About the role As a Full time Architectural Designer at Square 8 (Hong Kong) Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of design and architecture. This full‑time position is based on Hong Kong Island, where you will collaborate with a talented team to bring innovative and visually striking projects to life. What you'll be doing Conceptualize and develop creative architectural designs that meet the client's requirements and vision Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software Participate in project planning, coordination, and communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques Contribute to the overall growth and success of the architectural practice What we're looking for Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field is preferred. At least 0-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a similar role for Assistant Architectural Designer. At least 5-8 years of experience in architectural design for Architectural Designer. At least 8+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a similar role for Senior Architectural Designer. Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong AI & digital tools skillset in using AI applications such as Midjourney, Rendair, Veras and Spacemaker AI e.t.c. Strong design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong understanding of design principles and trends. Experience in architectural and interior design. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and studio environment. Fluency in English is required.
