Cross-Border Payment Product Manager

Description We are a Hong Kong-headquartered company specializing in B2B cross-border payment services and Web3 business, dedicated to providing global merchants with efficient, secure, and convenient payment solutions. Our mission is to connect Web2 and Web3, streamline cross-border transaction processes, and break regional boundaries, enabling merchants to conduct global transactions seamlessly. Responsibilities Develop product roadmaps to provide seamless onramp, offramp, and settlement functions for our global payment platform. Design and conceptualize payment and settlement solutions to meet business requirements. Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health. Integrate with banking partners and payment service providers to enhance our global platform. Stay up to date on regulatory changes and monitor crypto industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks. Build internal tools and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including compliance, engineering, legal, operations, and quality assurance—throughout product planning and development. Define clear product requirements and user stories. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation. Requirements Familiar with FX products or deeply understand the cryptocurrency ecosystem and global licensing requirements for payment solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, able to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans for product, engineering, design, and marketing teams. Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills; able to analyze and assess complex problems and situations. Proficient in technical product details, with deep understanding of system architectures and solutions; willing to collaborate with engineering and actively participate in designing scalable and extensible technical solutions. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify, define, and track key metrics, set KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on tracking, monitoring, and evaluation. Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills, able to drive projects forward effectively. Position based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong.
