Associate Project Management Coordinator Location: Hong Kong Employment type: Full-time Work arrangement: Hybrid This incumbent will provide daily support to the administration works and ad-hoc projects of the Private Client Team for managing the client portfolio of Hong Kong and offshore companies/Trusts effectively. The successful incumbent will also receive training to support company secretarial and Trust services for our clients. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Team including but not limited to drafting simple business documents, correspondence and filing. Maintenance of proper records and reports of the Team. System and database administration for the Team. Perform ad‑hoc projects as assigned (such as statutory and compliance reporting). Deliver quality services in a responsive way. Qualifications Degree holder is preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered. Immediate availability is an advantage. Good learning attitude, highly organized and detail‑oriented. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet various deadlines on time. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to help colleagues in the Team and to be a good team‑player. Fluent in written English and Chinese as well as oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
