PR & Marketing Executive (Junior / Senior) Music Corporation is a leading multi‑national music group with over 100 retail chain stores in Hong Kong and China. Our business includes production, retail and wholesale of musical instruments as well as musical and art education. In order to cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for a high‑calibre individual to join our professional team. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and sales campaigns, including co‑branded promotions with malls, partners and artists, in‑store activations and community music events or performances. Develop storyboards and produce high‑quality, ongoing content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, etc.), including static posts, videos/reels and multimedia assets – with hands‑on involvement in shooting, editing, and post‑production. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online/offline traffic, boost customer engagement and support sales objectives. Manage end‑to‑end event coordination – from pre‑event planning, on‑site execution to post‑event follow‑up – ensuring consistent, on‑brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and retail touchpoints for promotional use. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Retail, Education, Operations) and external agencies to deliver seamless omni‑channel marketing initiatives on time, on budget and on brand. Support localized and cross‑regional content development by adapting tone, visuals, and campaign themes to resonate with audiences in Hong Kong and other target markets, ensuring cultural relevance and strong brand affinity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in marketing, event management, and/or content creation, preferably within retail, luxury, music, arts, cultural or creative industries. Proven track record in executing successful social media or content marketing campaigns. Practical experience in photography, video production (setup, shooting, editing), and live streaming is highly advantageous. Strong working knowledge of major digital and social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat and emerging social trends. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken) for seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Highly organized, self‑motivate and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a “hands‑on” attitude in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment. Strong interpersonal, project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends, public holidays or evenings as required by events, product launches or seasonal campaigns. #J-18808-Ljbffr
