Responsibilities Develop and enhance the USD Rates franchise by providing accurate pricing, insightful commentary, and thorough analysis to clients. Fulfill primary and secondary market‑making obligations, ensuring liquidity and efficient market operations. Collaborate with the Global Rates Trading team to improve existing infrastructure and develop innovative tools to support trading activities. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and transactions. Your Team You will be working on the USD Rates Trading Desk, based in Hong Kong, which has a presence across the globe. As part of the US Rates Trading team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our franchise. Qualifications Ideally 5+ years of experience in trading or market‑making, preferably within USD swaps market making. Master's degree in a quantitative field is preferred. Strong modeling skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate market insights and strategies effectively. High integrity and ethical standards in all professional activities. Demonstrated curiosity about markets, particularly rates, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
