Job Description Work closely with the Head of sales in the development and implementation of the institutional sales / distributional sales strategy. Expand and enhance existing relationships. Understanding each client’s unique demands and assist in client’s queries in a timely and professional manner. Proactively develop and establish new relationships with prospect, initiating discussions with prospect clients to identify their strategic and tactical goals. Develop new retail channel and handle the due diligence and day‑to‑day enquiries from existing and prospective clients. Coordinate with Portfolio Managers on material with client pitches and/or roadshows. Provide regular updates on market and prospects to support the new business development strategy. Requirements Bachelor degree holder or above. Prior experience in the asset management industry, or knowledge on mutual funds and asset management industry is preferred. Strong track record of achieving successful results in an investment solutions/investment consulting/sales function is preferred. Ability to drive new business development opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong language proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese). Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
