Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role Looking for a Business Systems Analyst to document business requirements, manage projects, collaborate with business and technical teams, lead change initiatives, and drive strong stakeholder management to improve systems and workflows. Responsibilities Conduct business impact analysis, document requirements, design technical solutions, and support change management initiatives. Manage projects end-to-end: define milestones, form teams, track progress, monitor resources, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables. Perform quality assurance, prepare user training materials, and lead briefing sessions for smooth adoption. Provide technical consultancy by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices. Deliver daily user support and training, promote IT strategy, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Handle administrative tasks including procurement, vendor and contract management, budgeting, and funding. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field. At least 6 years in business systems requirement analysis and IT project management. Strong technical knowledge in case management, business process systems, web/cloud solutions, document management, data analytics, and Microservices architecture. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Chinese. Experienced in project and quality management with PMP/Agile methodologies; ISO standards; Java/Python knowledge is a plus. Salary Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
