Ensure customer satisfaction with the effectiveness and quality of commercial and industrial maintenance services. Monitor the maintenance services are in compliance with all relevant code of practice, government regulations, and other requirements. Maximize the utilization of resources, including equipment, manpower, and materials, through planning, effective allocation, and close monitoring. Conduct incident investigation to provide recommendations for performance monitoring, control, and continuous improvement. Investigate technical problems and develop trouble shooting solutions for improving service level. Work closely with internal parties and external contractors on the enhancement of service quality. Design and assist in the development of hand tools and IT applications for the section. Assist in ad‑hoc projects as assigned. The Person: Holder of a Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline preferably in Engineering disciplines. Candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience / Fresh graduate with a good learning attitude. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an added advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical mind‑set, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure. Proficient in PC and Mobile applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Data Analytics Tools, Chinese Word Processing, Android). Holder of a valid driving license of Class 1 or 2 is preferred.
