Oversee all aspects of new building project MVAC design from execution stages including inception, design brief, tender preparation, construction quality supervision and on-site supervision until the project completed Monitor the overall project execution stages, project quality, progress and standard are meet the project requirement Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities in relations to project progress and change Conduct technical feasibility study, on site supervision, quantity, and quality check etc. Requirements: Bachelors degree or Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering 5 years of work experience in MVAC system design Experience with execution of Design & Build /MEP projects is an advantage Experience in MVAC system design for Data Center will be a strong advantage Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, especially in water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
