We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a R&D Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the R&D department in managing intellectual property (IP)-related products, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about contributing to innovative projects in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle management of IP-related products, including sample production and manufacturing coordination. Facilitate the documentation signing process and track the status of R&D workflows to ensure timely completion. Manage daily administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the R&D department. Organize, maintain, and archive R&D documents for easy access and reference. Conduct research and compile data to support R&D projects and decision‑making. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on outstanding action items. Support ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the R&D Director. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. Knowledge of or interest in world‑famous licensed products and intellectual property. Skills Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong time management and organizational abilities. Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
