The Marketing Manager will lead and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement in the retail luxury industry. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires expertise in marketing operations campaigns & events. Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels. Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact. Lead event marketing and brand activation Plan and manage high-profile events, from concept to execution, that reinforce brand prestige and engage target audiences. Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines to deliver flawless experiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with cross-functional teams, business partners, advertising agencies, and PR firms to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and maintain strong brand positioning. Create and refine marketing content Oversee copy-writing, editing, and proofreading for all marketing materials, ensuring messaging reflects the brand's tone and luxury standards. Develop compelling narratives for campaigns and events. Conduct market research and analysis Stay ahead of industry trends by analysing consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand performance. Support ad hoc projects and initiatives Assist with special projects, new product launches, and other marketing activities as required by management. Profile Educational Background Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred. Professional Experience At least 10-12 years of experience in B2C & B2B marketing within luxury retail, premium consumer brands, airlines, or lifestyle sectors. Proven track record in event management and brand-building campaigns & digital Marketing Skills & Attributes Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Strong team player with excellent communication skills Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
