Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy: Associate HR Business Partner (C&B Focus) Responsibilities: Prepare monthly payroll and compile related reports to finance team and MPF service providers Ensure all payroll items including employees stock options, dividends and incentives etc. are paid under proper instructions and in compliance with regulatory requirements Facilitate group insurance, pension and other benefits administration in terms of enrolment, termination and renewal Assist in C&B projects such as budgeting, forecasting and annual salary review Perform HRIS management and provide support to the customization / implementation of HR systems Partner with functional managers to manage and develop talents to build organization capability Provide HR advisory services to the functional managers and handle employees enquiries Drive special projects initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the Company’s objectives Prepare ad-hoc HR analysis and reports when necessary Requirements: Degree holder inhuman resources management or related discipline At least 6 years of C&B experience, preferably in financial institutions Experience in handling payroll automation project Knowledge of Peoplesoft and HR2 is highly appreciated Strong numerical sense, detail oriented and self-motivated Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Powerpoint, Visio is a must Responsible team player, proactive, self-discipline, able to work independently Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills who performs well under pressure and is a collaborative relationship builder Immediate available is an added advantage Interested candidates please send your full resume (MS Word document), including employment history, present and expected salary and contact telephone number to: Delken Group Limited , Rm 1202, 12/F C.C.Wu Building, 302-308 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, HK; email to or contact or fax to .
