Finance manager, SFC License Corporation, a Top-Tier PRC investment bank Our client, a leading PRC investment bank engaging in a wide range of services such as securities brokerages, investment banking, asset management and private wealth management, is now looking for a Finance Manager (Team Head for financial accounting team) to join them. Responsibilities Lead a team to perform daily accounting function such as month‑end closing, financial reporting, journal voucher preparation, bank reconciliation and cash flow management. Prepare monthly FRR, monthly report and annual audit. Ensure proper reporting procedures and compliance to international accounting standards. Coordinate annual independent audit including preparing financial statements which are audited and prepare tax returns. Advise the accounting of different types of business transactions. Requirements University graduation in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines. At least 7 years relevant experience gained from financial institutions/banks/SFC license corporations. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua). Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations. Location: Sheung Wan, Central, and Western District, HK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
