Technical Manager / System Analyst (Oracle EBS, Listed company) Support the end-to-end technical design, build and test of system integration solutions for the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project. Liaise with ITSD colleagues under iERP and systems SMEs to document end-to-end system processes and integration solutions. Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Work closely with support teams including 3rd party to understand the details of interface functional & technical issues, ensure efficient resolution activities and provide quality assurance. Analyse end-to-end system processing issues, identify root causes and work with systems SMEs to propose solutions. Report progress on technical resolution of integration issues. Participate in test planning, preparation & execution activities as required. Apply quality assurance procedures during troubleshooting to review and ensure the quality of project design and test deliverables. Requirements Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline. At least 5 years’ relevant practical experience in large scale enterprise systems integration projects, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level. At least 3 years enterprise systems integration in relevant business domains including financial accounting, project management and engineering. Hands‑on development using various common integration technologies and standards including API‑based (RESTful, AsynchAPI) and file‑based integration methods (FTP, SFTP, CSV, JSON) and associated implementation & governance considerations. Experience working with enterprise integration hubs such as MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica or similar. Proficient in integration testing tools and methodologies. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills to review, validate and troubleshoot technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative solutions. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
