What you’ll do: Daily processing of in‑house book transfer and FPS transfers Ensuring all transactions within your area of responsibility are processed, confirmed and settled in a timely manner Carrying out standard checks on all transactions prior to execution to ensure they meet required standards Reconciling any daily pending, unprocessed or irregular transactions Determining the level of support for new product offerings and managing the team’s risk profile Investigating operational incidents/errors and preparing draft reports with countermeasures/recommendations to mitigate future risk Participating in ad‑hoc exercises in response to inspections and examinations by auditors, authorities or regulators Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally (e.g., HKICL) Delivering a high quality of service to enhance the function’s reputation and meet customer expectations Working in partnership with various departments (Relationship Managers, Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Compliance) to consult on complex transaction issues Collaborating with Compliance on transactions that may be subject to restrictions (including sanctions and MUFG’s standard procedures and local regulations) Updating the Branch operations manual and related policies to ensure alignment with regulations Adhering to the department’s strategies and requirements from compliance, branch management and Head Office What you bring: Tertiary education 1–2 years of relevant experience Sound knowledge of FPS and domestic remittance operations in Hong Kong Good knowledge of AML requirements applicable to payment operations Substantial experience in high‑volume payment transactions with banking systems Good personal integrity and a strong control mindset Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Excel and Word Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
