LEASING OFFICER (WORK LOCATION: SHEUNG WAN) Primary Purpose: To drive the sales and leasing activities for a prestigious and innovative creative hub in Sheung Wan. This role is central to achieving high occupancy rates and building strong tenant relationships through exceptional service and market expertise. Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end leasing process for retail and creative office spaces, from property tours and presentations to negotiation and lease agreement preparation. Serve as the primary point of contact for leasing enquiries from website, email, and phone, building and maintaining relationships with prospective tenants, existing occupants, and corporate accounts. Assist in implementing effective marketing and outreach strategies to attract qualified tenants, including lead follow-up, prospect database maintenance, and market surveys. Liaise closely with onsite property management and accounts teams to ensure smooth tenant move‑in and adherence to company policies and procedures, handling daily leasing paperwork and maintaining accurate tenant records. Provide support on other projects and duties as assigned by the Leasing or Property Manager. Requirements: University degree or above. Proven working experience in leasing, with preference for candidates experienced in retail and residential property sectors. Strong drive to succeed with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua). Well‑organized, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure. Enthusiastic personality with a customer‑oriented mindset. Immediate availability preferred.
