About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Control Centre Officer, Security to join our team. This role involves leading a professional security team while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring effective communication across the control room. Key skills include proficiency in computer operations and control room systems, bilingual Chinese and English (written and spoken), the ability to work independently, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Report to the Security Supervisor and execute all tasks in accordance with client operational procedures and instructions. Supervise and support the Security Supervisor and team to ensure professional performance that meets client expectations and standards. Ensure prompt and efficient execution of all written and verbal procedures related to building security and operations. Oversee security, fire service, and building management systems to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor to support operational needs. Working Hours: 9‑hour shifts, 5 days per week; shift work is required. Requirements Completion of Secondary Six (DSE) or equivalent qualifications, and Certificate in Security (QASRS or related discipline). Valid Security Personnel Permit and Green Card holder. Hands‑on experience in the control room operations and/or security industry. Proficiency in spoken and written English, fluent Cantonese, and Mandarin; strong writing skills in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of security, fire safety, and building management systems (BMS). Preferably with first‑aid and firefighting knowledge, and experience in hospitality or clubhouse environments. Familiarity with the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Cap. 460). Exceptional communication skills, high integrity, self‑discipline, and physical fitness. Why Join Us?
