A&A and Fit-Out projects - Project Manager (Tendering) / Project Secretary Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited provides construction services including interior fitting‑out, building renovation, and alteration and addition (A&A) works. To support the company’s growth, we invite passionate and experienced professionals to join our team. Project Manager (Tendering) Lead bidding processes and prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery. Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide on-site supervision and quality control during construction. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address issues and queries. Prepare project progress reports and other documentation as required. Project Secretary Coordinate with internal and external parties on project‑related matters. Manage project documentation including permits, reports, submissions, schedules, and general paperwork. Assist Project Manager in preparing quotations, tender documents, and variation orders (VOs). Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials. Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc assignments. Conduct occasional site visits for documentation and on-site coordination. Requirements Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Building or Equivalent. Min. 5 years in relevant fields, particularly A&A and Fit‑Out. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good command of English and Chinese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
